Responsibilities:
- An offer letter and document issuance.
- Leave and attendance management. Payroll management and disbursement.
- Addressing payroll queries and labor law regulations
- Ensuring timely provident fund and tax payments
- Implementing labor law/statutory compliances
- Conducting HR engagement activities
- Exit interviews and settlements.
- Policy suggestions for increased efficiency
- Conflict resolution and mediation
Type: – Full-time
Experience: Min 4 years of IT and Development experience required
