JOB DESCRIPTION-
- Will be responsible for sourcing business from eligible customer profiles as per the organizational policy
- Identification of the right customer, ability to understand customer needs, explain various products and convince them about the product offerings
- Should be able to manage overall responsibilities including identifying new business markets and recording customer requirements
- Resolving Customer issues and queries
- Maintaining customer relationships and cross-selling to existing customers
