Job Description
1. Lead as the HR Operations portfolio business owner for the design, implementation, compliance, and maintenance of HR systems, Processes, and Benefits across the People Ops Organization for the Company
2. Scale HR technology teams and drive overall business vision with People Engineering and our technology strategy
3. Build the right culture & reward frameworks to setup growth of the company & capable to create high performing organizations
4. Lead global People Ops’s systems technology roadmap scale programs, create capacity within program teams & solve technical challenges
5. Prioritize and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR -Benefits, and more broadly across internal tools/communications
6. Build and lead Global HR knowledge management strategy and delivery
7. Work with HR leadership to develop the systems and process roadmap to support the regions
8. Drive adoption, communication, and change management of systems changes and/or new system launches across the People Ops team
9. Optimize the use of HR tools, and drive HR process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility and aligning with Business Requirements
Mandatory Skills-
1. 12+ years’ experience in HR function or acted as HR Lead for 5 years at least
2. Experience leading and growing teams from strategy through to operational execution
3. 5+ years’ experience formalizing tangible action plans to operationalize the vision
4. Experience influencing at all levels of the organization, driving and implementing company-wide changes
5. Have managed large scalable teams including off-role large teams of 1000+
6. Must have managed blue-collar executives too in their previous roles
7. Start-up experience would be a ++
8. Ability to manage, grow, and develop individual contributors and lead and managing teams
9. Knowledge of HR best practices in the market as well as legislative and regulatory changes and experience implementing technology solutions to support compliance requirements
10. Knowledge of HRIS/ ERP systems
11. Demonstrated ability to lead global technical projects end to end with multiple stakeholders
Role Title: Head – Human Resource
