Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Actively engage in sales activities to acquire new customers and expand the customer base. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Aditya Birla Finance’s products and services, including loan products, investment options, and other financial offerings. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions to meet their needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. Understand customer feedback, resolve queries, and address concerns in a timely manner. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
