We are looking for Regional Trainer

Job Summary:

As a Regional Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and capabilities of our employees across multiple locations within a specific region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with our business objectives, ensuring consistent learning experiences for employees throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Training and Development team to understand training needs, program objectives, and target audience for each location within the region.
• Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, handouts, and e-learning modules, to support the delivery of training programs.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and management teams, both in-person and virtually, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness through various methods, such as assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, and make necessary improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes.

Job Location-  Jharkhand, Vijayawada, and Hyderabad locations.

Min. Qualification- Graduate

Exp-. 4+ yr. as a Trainer in MFI.
