Job Description:

As a member of the Operations team at Bharti AXA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational processes. Your core expertise will be utilized in areas such as onboarding, documentation, MIS, analytics, and recruitment. Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: You will be responsible for streamlining the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience from initial documentation to orientation.
  • Documentation: Efficiently manage and maintain documentation related to various operational processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • MIS (Management Information System): Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights, which will be used to drive informed decision-making within the organization.
  • Analytics: Utilize your analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be eligible for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

    • Any Graduate
  • Experience:

  • 1+ years in operations, recruitment, and Excel

Remuneration and Location:

The salary for this position is up to 3.2 lakhs per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The job is based in Kolkata, with the option of working from the office.
