Job Description:

As an HR Trainee at Minda Corporation, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR department. Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities:

• HR Operations: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of various HR processes and procedures.
• HR MIS: Prepare and maintain HR management information system (MIS), generating reports and insights to support informed decision-making.
• Training Activities: Coordinate and support training activities, including organizing training sessions and assisting in the overall training process.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Contribute to the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and assist in the onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Engagement and Event Management: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and organizing events to foster a positive work culture.
