Job Responsibilities: We have an urgent requirement for the positions of Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – HR in our Micro Finance Company located in Gurgaon. The selected candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting joining formalities and onboarding new employees.
- Generating employee IDs and maintaining employee records.
- Managing employee files and documentation.
- Handling employee relations and addressing employee queries.
- Managing attendance and leave records.
- Handling payroll, PF, ESIC, LWF, and PT processes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Salary: Best in the Industry – aligned with the candidate’s experience.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR with good communication and Excel skills.
Location: Gurgaon, Sec 38 (Near Rajeev Chowk / Medanta Hospital)
Immediate joiners are preferred.
