Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function at an ethnic brand in Gurgaon. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and values

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer letters

• Develop and oversee training and development programs for employees at all levels

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions etc.

CTC:- Upto 60 LPA
