As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team as an Area Business Managers (Team Handling) and Business Managers.

Position Overview:-

As an Area Business Manager (Team Handling) or Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and implementing strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities-:

Team Management:-

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide coaching to enhance the team’s sales capabilities.
  • Foster a positive team culture, encourage collaboration, and ensure a high level of employee engagement.

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base and achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to formulate innovative approaches to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market competition, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the management for strategic decision-making.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and credit, to streamline processes and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, generate timely reports, and present key findings to senior management.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies, maintaining high ethical standards in all business dealings.
  • Mitigate potential risks by monitoring market conditions, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing appropriate measures.

CTC :- ABM upto 17-18L

BM -: 10L +
