Job Description-

We are looking for dynamic sales resources who can lead our Finsure Sales across various products including RB Health(insurance), RB Life(insurance), and RB Cards(Credit Card). The ideal candidates must be highly motivated and focused on achieving results, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efforts will be critical in driving partner engagement and expanding our customer base.

Responsibility-

• Work on various market dynamics and product lines like RB Life, RB Health, and RB Cards
• To increase partner profitability and earning capacity. ..Help sourcing / servicing sellers of the products as per the agreed mix and policy.
• Conduct induction training and Coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing training for the respective Partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.
• Monitoring seller/partner performance on the common variables of segment way to market-Renewal / Fresh database, funnel, and closures.
• Maintaining the high active percentage of partners. ⚫-Controlling attrition of partners.
• Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same.
