Job Summary-

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TA Executive for Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh location.
  • The candidate should be responsible for managing end to end recruitment process for white-collar and Blue Collar including sourcing, Interviewing, and Negotiating.
  • Candidate must have local terrain knowledge.

Responsibilities:-

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to shortlist the most suitable candidates.
  • Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities, behavioral competencies, and motivation to ensure a high-quality hiring process.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring effective communication and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to developing and promoting Flipkart’s employer brand through online and offline platforms, fostering a positive image in the talent market.
