Role Description:

As the Director of Operations at Trilogy, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving operational excellence across Trilogy’s expanding portfolio of technology companies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks, processes, and policies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across portfolio companies.
2. Collaborating with executive leadership and functional heads to identify operational improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
3. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate operational performance, providing regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
4. Developing high-performing operational teams, fostering a culture that embraces high-quality standards, accountability, continuous improvement, and efficiency.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; an MBA or advanced business-focused degree is a plus.
2. Experience: Proven track record of senior leadership and strategic management in the technology industry, overseeing operations in a rapidly growing environment.
3. Operational Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks and processes, driving efficiency and optimization.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven operational decisions.
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
