Job Description:

1. Job Position: Regional HR:
   • As a Regional HR, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources operations in the Jabalpur region.
   • Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee benefits administration, HR generalist functions, and onboarding.
   • You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective HR practices and policies are implemented.
2. Qualifications and Skills Required:
   • Qualification: MBA in HR.
   • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the MFI/NBFC sector is required.
   • Skills: Good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, expertise in recruitment, employee benefits administration, HR generalist functions, and onboarding.
