HR Operation
As an HR Operation professional at Risebird, you will be responsible for the following:
- Own end-to-end interview process for clients:
- Manage the entire interview process for clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and provide necessary guidance and support.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates:
- Assist candidates throughout the interview process, answering queries and addressing concerns.
- Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the process and requirements.
- Assign and support interviewers:
- Coordinate with interviewers, assigning them to respective interviews and providing necessary support and resources.
- Facilitate effective communication between interviewers and candidates.
- Champion Risebird brand:
- Represent and promote Risebird’s brand positively in all interactions with clients, candidates, and interviewers.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for all stakeholders.
