HR Operation

As an HR Operation professional at Risebird, you will be responsible for the following:

  1. Own end-to-end interview process for clients:
    • Manage the entire interview process for clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
    • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and provide necessary guidance and support.
  2. Provide guidance and support to candidates:
    • Assist candidates throughout the interview process, answering queries and addressing concerns.
    • Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the process and requirements.
  3. Assign and support interviewers:
    • Coordinate with interviewers, assigning them to respective interviews and providing necessary support and resources.
    • Facilitate effective communication between interviewers and candidates.
  4. Champion Risebird brand:
    • Represent and promote Risebird’s brand positively in all interactions with clients, candidates, and interviewers.
    • Ensure a professional and positive experience for all stakeholders.
